  25. I looked up VISCorp on www.secapl.com (an Internet Stock quote service) and
  26. found that there is a corporation trading on the NASDAQ by that name.  The
  27. symbol is VICP.  Assuming that they are one and the same, here is the
  28. closing information (you decide if you want to buy any shares):
